Holiday Gingerbread Cocktail (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ounces (113.4g) vodka with a gingerbread flavor.
02 - 1/2 ounce (56.7g) Irish cream.
03 - 1/2 cup crushed gingerbread cookies.
04 - 1/2 ounce (56.7g) coffee liqueur.
05 - 4 ounces (113.4g) half-and-half or heavy cream.
06 - 2 tablespoons cinnamon, to sprinkle on top.
07 - White chocolate (melted), about 1/2 cup.
08 - Two teaspoons ground ginger.
09 - Whipped cream, about 1/2 cup, as topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Coat the rims of your glasses with white chocolate. Press the coated rims into the crushed cookies.
02 - In a shaker, add ice along with the vodka, liqueurs, ginger, and cream. Close tightly and shake it for 15-20 seconds.
03 - Strain your shaken mix into the cookie-rimmed glasses.
04 - Add a fluffy dollop of whipped cream on top and dust it lightly with some cinnamon.

01 - Enjoy it right after preparing.
02 - You can rim the glasses in advance.
03 - Crunchy cookies work best for rimming.
