Heart Cinnamon Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Dusting flour (only for homemade dough prep)
02 - 1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (Pillsbury works great) or your own cinnamon roll dough

→ Optional Cream Cheese Frosting

03 - Softened cream cheese, 4 oz
04 - Soft, unsalted butter (2 tablespoons)
05 - Powdered sugar, 1 cup
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1-2 tablespoons milk (adjust to your liking)

→ Topping

08 - Mix of red, pink, and white sprinkles or sanding sugar
09 - Optional: edible glitter for extra sparkle

# Instructions:

01 - Gently pull apart each cinnamon roll and press the loose ends together to form a point at the bottom. Curve the top edges to get a heart shape.
02 - If shaping the dough makes it sticky, pop it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to firm up before continuing.
03 - Use the baking directions on the package for ready-made dough, or follow your own baking times if using homemade.
04 - Blend your softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Add small amounts of milk until you get a smooth, spreadable consistency.
05 - Spread the frosting over the warm rolls, then quickly sprinkle on your decorations so they stay stuck.

# Notes:

01 - You can use either a pre-made or homemade dough
02 - Want a festive look? Add pink or red food coloring to your frosting
03 - Best eaten warm, straight from the pan
04 - For Valentine's vibes, tint the frosting red or pink
