Easy Hawaiian Roll Cream Danishes (Version imprimable)

Sweet cream cheese stuffed Hawaiian rolls with cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar dusting.

# Composition:

→ Base

01 - 1 package (12-count) sweet Hawaiian bread rolls

→ Cream Cheese Filling

02 - 226 grams cream cheese, softened
03 - 50 grams granulated sugar
04 - 5 milliliters vanilla extract
05 - 1 egg yolk

→ Topping

06 - 60 milliliters butter, melted
07 - 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar (prepared from 18 grams sugar and 4 grams ground cinnamon)
08 - Powdered sugar, for dusting

# Étapes de réalisation:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Carefully slice each Hawaiian roll halfway to form a pocket without cutting all the way through.
03 - In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk until the mixture is smooth.
04 - Spoon or pipe equal amounts of the cream cheese filling into each roll's pocket and arrange on the prepared baking sheet with space between each.
05 - Brush the tops of the filled rolls with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar.
06 - Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and the filling is set.
07 - Allow the Danishes to cool slightly on a wire rack, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
