Hamburger Vegetable Stew (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat & Aromatics

01 - 1 onion, finely diced
02 - 2 minced garlic cloves
03 - 1 lb ground beef

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 cup diced potatoes
05 - 1 cup sliced carrots
06 - 1 cup cut green beans
07 - 1 cup corn kernels

→ Seasonings & Sauce

08 - 1 tsp dried parsley
09 - 1 tsp dried thyme
10 - 1 tsp salt
11 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
12 - 10.5 oz mushroom soup (creamy)
13 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the beef in a pan until it's no longer pink, then pour out the extra grease.
02 - Add chopped onion and garlic to the cooked beef. Stir until softened.
03 - Place the beef, vegetables, seasonings, and soup into a slow cooker. Mix well.
04 - Close the lid and let it cook for 6 to 8 hours on LOW. Veggies should be tender.
05 - Mix in the shredded cheese with 30 minutes left. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Chop the veggies in advance for quicker prep.
02 - Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days.
03 - You can freeze it for about 3 months.
