Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Mix

01 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
02 - 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
03 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded up

→ Fresh Add-ons

04 - 1 avocado, cut into slices
05 - 1 cup diced tomatoes
06 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican style)
07 - 1 cup lettuce, finely shredded

→ Wrap & Flavors

08 - Olive oil for greasing
09 - 4 large tortillas, flour-based
10 - Just a pinch of salt and pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the shredded chicken, chipotle sauce, ranch dressing, pepper, and salt in a bowl until it's combined nicely.
02 - Spread a tortilla out flat, add 1/4 of the chicken mix in the middle, then layer it with cheese, avocado slices, lettuce, and tomatoes.
03 - Roll the tortilla up tightly, starting with the bottom, tucking in the sides as you go. Do this for all the burritos.
04 - Warm up a skillet with olive oil on medium heat. Place each burrito seam-side down and cook 3-4 minutes on each side until the outside is crispy and cheese melts.
05 - Let them cool briefly, cut in half, and enjoy warm—add some extra sauce for dipping if you want.

01 - The chicken mix can be made early and kept in the fridge.
