                Toss the shredded chicken, chipotle sauce, ranch dressing, pepper, and salt in a bowl until it's combined nicely.

                Spread a tortilla out flat, add 1/4 of the chicken mix in the middle, then layer it with cheese, avocado slices, lettuce, and tomatoes.

                Roll the tortilla up tightly, starting with the bottom, tucking in the sides as you go. Do this for all the burritos.

                Warm up a skillet with olive oil on medium heat. Place each burrito seam-side down and cook 3-4 minutes on each side until the outside is crispy and cheese melts.

                Let them cool briefly, cut in half, and enjoy warm—add some extra sauce for dipping if you want.
