Dump the gelatin into a big bowl. Pour the boiling water over it and keep stirring until it all disappears. Add the cold water and mix again. Next, stir in the whiskey or vodka. Toss in some green coloring if you want it brighter.

Line a baking pan with your shot glasses or plastic cups. Slowly pour the liquid into each cup, leaving just a bit of space at the top.

Pop the tray of shots into the fridge. Let them chill out for about 2 to 4 hours until they firm up completely.

After they're nice and firm, pull them out of the fridge. Add some whipped cream, a sprinkle of glitter or candies, or both. Keep them cold and serve them up. Enjoy, but don’t overdo it!
