Turn your oven on to 400°F (200°C). Get a baking sheet and cover it with some parchment paper.

Cut the pizza dough into 12 even portions. Shape each one into a flat rectangle.

Spoon a little shredded mozzarella into the center of each dough piece. Fold them over the cheese and pinch them shut to make knots.

Stir together the melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt in a small mixing bowl.

Lay the knots on your prepared sheet. Generously coat each one with the garlic butter. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until they turn golden and the cheese melts.

Pull the knots out of the oven and give them another brush of garlic butter if you like. Serve them hot with marinara sauce to dip.
