02 - 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced finely
03 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil for a nice golden touch
04 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to add depth
05 - A dash of sea salt and black pepper, adjust to your liking
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder for some savory sweetness
07 - 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika for that hint of smokiness

→ For Serving

08 - Fresh parsley leaves, chopped for a colorful finish
09 - Bright lemon wedges for that zesty kick

# Instructions:

01 - Kick things off by setting your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Let it heat for 5 minutes so it’s ready to give your shrimp that crispy crust.
02 - Grab a big bowl and mix together olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the shrimp in until all the pieces are nicely covered in the mix.
03 - Place the shrimp in a single, uncrowded layer inside your air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, and give the basket a light shake halfway through. This helps them cook evenly.
04 - Move the hot shrimp to a serving dish. Squeeze some fresh lemon over the top and sprinkle with parsley. Serve while it's fresh and crunchy.

# Notes:

01 - Cooking shrimp this way makes them crispy outside while staying juicy inside.
02 - To keep cooking even, pick shrimp that are close in size.
