# Instructions:

01 - Pop some butter into a non-stick pan on medium heat, letting it melt until it looks shiny and ready to cook.
02 - Gently crack the eggs into the pan, sprinkle on some salt and pepper, and let them cook. Keep the yolks soft, and take them out carefully once the whites are firm.
