Fluffy Bunny Buns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread Base

01 - 1/4 teaspoon of salt
02 - 1 cup (150g) flour with a rising agent added
03 - Butter to grease your oven dish
04 - 1 cup (270g) plain yogurt

→ Extras for Topping

05 - Edible pens to draw funny faces, if you'd like
06 - A bit of melted butter to brush on top

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up your oven to 180°C (360°F). In a bowl, mix together flour with rising agent, yogurt, and salt till you form dough. If it turns out sticky, toss in an extra spoonful of flour.
02 - Divide the dough into 6 pieces weighing about 70g each. From each chunk, form one round ball (around 45g) for the head, then shape two smaller ones (about 12g each) into stubby little sausages to make ears.
03 - Butter a large oven-friendly dish really well. Arrange the 6 big dough heads with some space in between, and stick the ear pieces to the sides of each one.
04 - Add a little melted butter on top if you'd like. Bake them for roughly 20 minutes. They're best enjoyed warm. Use the edible pens to decorate faces if that sounds fun to you.

# Notes:

01 - If you're out of self-rising flour, switch to plain flour and mix in 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
02 - You can stash the dough in the fridge for a few days (up to 3) or freeze it for roughly 4 months.
03 - They taste great warm! If you eat them the next day, reheat for 10 seconds in the microwave to perk them up.
