Cottage Cheese Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Key Ingredients

01 - 1 cup self-rising flour
02 - 1 cup cottage cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Dump the self-rising flour and cottage cheese into a bowl. Stir it all up with a spoon or spatula until it comes together into a soft, sticky dough. If it's sticking too much, sprinkle in extra flour, just a tablespoon at a time, until it's easier to handle.
02 - Sprinkle some flour on your counter and plop the dough down. Cut it into 4 equal pieces. Press or roll out each piece, making them about 1/4-inch thick and either round or oval—your call!
03 - Warm up a skillet or griddle on medium heat. Once it's hot, toss on a flatbread. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, flipping once golden brown spots show up, and it's cooked through.
04 - Eat these while they're still warm. Keep it simple or throw on toppings like smoked salmon, avocado, hummus, or even honey.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t have self-rising flour? Mix together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to make some.
02 - Feel free to adjust how thick or thin you make the flatbreads to match your liking.
