Fig Cranberry Pistachio Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 oz goat cheese, brought to room temperature
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, brought to room temperature
03 - 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
04 - 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
05 - 1/4 cup dried figs, finely chopped
06 - 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped small
07 - Extra pistachios, cranberries, and figs for outside coating
08 - Fresh fruit, veggies, or your favorite crackers for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the goat cheese and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Stir in the honey, cranberries, pistachios, and figs until it all looks smooth and evenly blended.
02 - Spoon the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a log. Wrap it tightly, then pop it in the fridge for at least an hour so it can firm up.
03 - Put the extra chopped figs, cranberries, and pistachios on a plate. Roll the chilled cheese log in this coating, pressing gently for an even layer all around.
04 - Place the coated log on a nice platter. Surround it with crackers, veggies, or fruit for dipping and dig in!
