Feta Cranberry Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup olive oil, the extra virgin kind.
02 - 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese.
03 - 1/4 cup softened cream cheese.
04 - A single garlic clove.
05 - Season with salt and pepper as you like.
06 - 2 tablespoons milk or cream, if it's needed.
07 - 3 tablespoons pistachios, chopped up.
08 - Half a cup of cranberry jam or sauce.
09 - 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves.

# Instructions:

01 - Drop the feta, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a food processor and blend until creamy. Splash in milk or cream little by little if it seems too thick.
02 - Spoon the whipped feta onto your plate or into a bowl and smooth it out.
03 - Scoop some cranberry sauce on top, sprinkle with pistachios and thyme, and finish by drizzling a bit more olive oil.

# Notes:

01 - Store-bought or homemade cranberry sauce will work just fine.
02 - Control the texture by adding milk in small amounts.
03 - Prep ahead and save the topping step for later.
