Santa Hat Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 1/4 cups of plain flour
02 - 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
03 - 4 teaspoons of baking powder
04 - A pinch of salt (1/4 teaspoon)
05 - 2 cups of milk
06 - 1/3 cup of cooking oil
07 - 1 beaten egg
08 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
09 - 1/4 cup of sprinkles plus extra for garnish
10 - Whipped cream for topping
11 - 12 fresh strawberries

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, toss together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
02 - Gently whisk the milk, vanilla, egg, and oil together with the dry mixture. Stir in some sprinkles last.
03 - Scoop 4-inch rounds onto a well-oiled, hot griddle. Flip them over once you see bubbling.
04 - Pile whipped cream on top, sit a strawberry over it, and finish with a swirl of more whipped cream for a Santa hat look.

# Notes:

01 - Freeze leftovers for as long as 3 months.
02 - To keep pancakes warm, set the oven to 200°F.
03 - They'll last for 3 days when refrigerated.
