Preheat your oven to 425°F. Use butter to coat a 13x9-inch pan.

Gently heat butter and brown sugar in a small pot until mixed and smooth. Pour it into your greased pan.

Scatter the bread cubes over the buttery sugar mix in the pan.

Mix together eggs, milk, vanilla, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a bowl. Pour this mixture evenly over the bread, making sure all pieces soak it up.

Dust with the remaining cinnamon and sprinkle on the additional brown sugar.
