Easy Lasagna Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 slices mozzarella (fresh)
02 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1/4 cup Parmesan (grated)
04 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
05 - 1 cup mozzarella (shredded)
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - Chopped parsley for topping
08 - 1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
09 - 1 (8-ounce) box oven-ready lasagna sheets
10 - 2 teaspoons Italian herb mix
11 - 2 tablespoons cooking oil
12 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
13 - 2 (6-ounce) cans tomato concentrate
14 - 2 (14-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
15 - 1 pound beef (ground)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil and cook the beef until browned. Remove excess fat. Stir in seasonings, tomatoes, and paste. Simmer for a few minutes.
02 - Coat a baking pan lightly with oil. Alternate layers of noodles, sauce, and different cheeses, finishing with mozzarella rounds.
03 - Bake covered at 350°F for 35-45 mins, then uncovered for another 10 mins to get golden cheese.
04 - Set aside for 10 mins before cutting. Sprinkle parsley over the top for a fresh finish if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Switch ricotta with cottage cheese if preferred
02 - Lasagna sheets don't need pre-boiling
03 - Let it cool down so it's easier to slice
