Easy Fruit Custard (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Custard

01 - 3 tablespoons custard powder
02 - ¼ cup (50g) sugar
03 - 2 cups (480ml) milk

→ Fruit Mix

04 - 1 medium banana, sliced
05 - 3 tablespoons apples, roughly chopped
06 - 2 tablespoons black grapes, halved
07 - 3 tablespoons green grapes, halved
08 - ¼ cup mango, diced
09 - 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

→ Optional Add-ins

10 - Chopped nuts (like almonds or walnuts) for some crunch
11 - A sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon for a spicy kick
12 - A hint of vanilla extract to enhance the flavor

# Instructions:

01 - Take the custard powder and stir it into a few spoons of milk at room temperature. Blend it until smooth, with no lumps. Put it aside for later.
02 - Add the rest of the milk into a sturdy pan and heat it gently on medium. Keep stirring occasionally so it doesn’t stick or burn. Let it boil lightly and bubble a few times.
03 - When the milk starts bubbling, sprinkle in the sugar. Stir constantly until it’s completely melted.
04 - Slowly pour the custard mixture you prepared earlier into the boiling milk. Keep stirring the whole time to prevent lumps. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes until it thickens up nicely.
