                Find the seam on each date. Slice along it to make an opening, but don't cut it all the way through.

                Lay out a plate covered with parchment paper that can go in the freezer. Carefully open the dates, making little pockets for the filling.

                Fill the cavities with your creamy nut butter. Add a few peanuts and gently close them up. Freeze until firm.

                As the dates chill, melt the chocolate until it's nice and smooth. Let it cool just a little so it coats better.

                Take the dates out of the freezer. Dip each one completely in the melted chocolate, using two spoons to make it easier.

                Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle flaky salt on top. Freeze again until the chocolate is fully hardened.
