                Heat your butter in a pan, then cook the Kataifi until it crisps up and turns golden (around 5-10 minutes).

                Microwave half of the chocolate in short 30-second bursts, stirring between each round till melted. Spread it flat, then chill for 10 minutes.

                Combine the fried Kataifi with the pistachio paste. Layer this mixture over your set chocolate. Pop it back in the fridge for 10 minutes.

                Melt the leftover chocolate and pour it over the pistachio layer. Add your choice of toppings if you'd like.

                Cool in the fridge for a minimum of 20 minutes, then slice it up to enjoy.
