Pistachio Chocolate Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 cups of shredded Kataifi pastry, thawed at room temp
02 - 1/4 cup of plain butter
03 - 1/2 cup pistachio spread
04 - 14oz (400g) of semi-sweet or milk chocolate, chopped roughly

→ Optional Toppings

05 - 2 tablespoons melted white chocolate
06 - 1 teaspoon of ground pistachios
07 - 1 teaspoon chocolate sprinkles

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your butter in a pan, then cook the Kataifi until it crisps up and turns golden (around 5-10 minutes).
02 - Microwave half of the chocolate in short 30-second bursts, stirring between each round till melted. Spread it flat, then chill for 10 minutes.
03 - Combine the fried Kataifi with the pistachio paste. Layer this mixture over your set chocolate. Pop it back in the fridge for 10 minutes.
04 - Melt the leftover chocolate and pour it over the pistachio layer. Add your choice of toppings if you'd like.
05 - Cool in the fridge for a minimum of 20 minutes, then slice it up to enjoy.

02 - Dark chocolate works just as well as milk chocolate.
03 - Swap out Kataifi for crispy rice cereal or potato chips if needed.
