Crispy Air Fryer Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - About 1 1/4 pounds of skinless, boneless chicken tenderloins

→ Flour Coating

02 - 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
03 - A half cup of plain white flour
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of table salt

→ Oil Mixture

05 - Three teaspoons of minced-up garlic
06 - Six tablespoons of melted butter or olive oil

→ Crumb Coating

07 - One teaspoon of dried basil
08 - Two-thirds cup of Parmesan cheese, grated fresh
09 - 1/4 teaspoon of paprika spice
10 - One cup of Panko-style bread crumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Slice off any fatty pieces from the chicken tenders
02 - Grab 3 bowls and fill them: one gets flour, salt, and pepper; another gets the garlic with butter/oil; the last one gets Panko, Parmesan, paprika, and basil.
03 - Cover each tender one at a time. Start by dipping in the flour mix, then coat it with garlic butter, and finish by pressing it into the Panko combo.
04 - Pop them in the air fryer at 400°F for 9 minutes, turn them over, and cook for another 8-9 minutes. Make sure the inside hits 165°F.
