Crispy Chicken Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Veggies & Protein

01 - 1 cup cabbage, shredded
02 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
03 - 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
04 - 2 cups chicken breast, finely chopped
05 - 1/2 cup carrots, shredded

→ Flavor Boosters

06 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
07 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce

→ Wrapping

08 - 12 wrappers for egg rolls

# Instructions:

01 - In a pan on medium heat, toss in the chicken and cook it fully until no pink remains.
02 - Mix in the minced garlic and stir for about a minute, just until you catch its aroma.
03 - Toss the carrot shreds, chopped onion, and cabbage into the pan. Cook them till they're just softened but still a little crunchy.
04 - Drizzle the sesame oil and soy sauce into the pan. Stir well and cook for another couple of minutes. Take it off the heat and let it cool down.
05 - Take a wrapper and set it flat. Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling in the center. Roll it up by folding the bottom edge over the filling, bringing in the sides, and rolling snugly. Seal the edge with water.
06 - Set your air fryer to 375°F and lightly coat the basket with some cooking spray.
07 - Arrange the rolls in the basket in a single layer. Spray a bit of oil on top, cook for 10 minutes, and flip them halfway. They’re ready when golden and crisp.
