Crispy Ranch Chicken Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 lb chicken tenders

→ Coating Mix

02 - 1 packet Ranch mix
03 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
04 - 1/2 cup mayo
05 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder

→ Crust

07 - 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Grab a baking sheet, cover it using parchment paper, or give it a light grease.
02 - Whisk together mayo, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning until creamy.
03 - Dip tenders in the mayo mix first, then press them into crushed Ritz to coat them well.
04 - Lay tenders out on the baking sheet so they aren’t touching. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they’re crispy and hit 165°F inside.
05 - Cool down a bit, then serve them up with whatever dip you like best.

# Notes:

01 - Swap mayo with sour cream or Greek yogurt if you'd like
02 - Gluten-free crackers are a good alternative
03 - Broiling for the last 1-2 minutes gets them extra crispy
04 - Best kept in the fridge for up to 3 days
