Whisk together mayo, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning until creamy.

Dip tenders in the mayo mix first, then press them into crushed Ritz to coat them well.

Lay tenders out on the baking sheet so they aren’t touching. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they’re crispy and hit 165°F inside.
