Cheesy Potato Balls Airfryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 cups of chilled mashed potatoes

→ Cheese

02 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
03 - 1 cup of shredded cheddar or mozzarella

→ Coating

04 - 1 beaten egg
05 - Breadcrumbs, about 1 cup
06 - Olive oil or non-stick cooking spray

→ Seasonings

07 - A bit of salt and black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the mashed potatoes, seasonings, and both kinds of cheese.
02 - Roll into balls roughly an inch and a half big. Pop them in the fridge if they’re too sticky.
03 - Roll each ball in egg first, then breadcrumbs.
04 - Cook in an air fryer set to 375°F for about 10-12 minutes. Shake the basket at the halfway mark to cook evenly.

# Notes:

01 - Chilled potatoes are better than warm ones
02 - Swap out cheeses for any kind you like
03 - To keep batches warm, hold them in a 200°F oven
