Crispy Beef Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 small onion, diced finely
02 - 1 lb of ground beef
03 - 1 cup of cheddar, shredded

→ Seasonings and Sauce

04 - 1 tablespoon of mustard
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
07 - 1/2 cup ketchup
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Assembly

11 - Cooking oil to fry
12 - Egg roll wrappers (10-12 pieces)
13 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for brushing on

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the beef in a large pan, drain any grease, then stir in onions and spices. Simmer for a couple of minutes until it thickens slightly.
02 - Cool the beef mixture a bit before stirring in the cheese so it doesn't melt too fast.
03 - Pop 2-3 tablespoons of mix into each wrapper. Fold the edges inward, roll it up tight, and use a little water to seal it shut.
04 - Fry until crispy and golden: 3-4 minutes in hot oil or 8-10 minutes in the air fryer at 375°F.

# Notes:

01 - You can freeze these before frying for later.
02 - Switch things up by adding pickles or some hot sauce.
