Crispy Baby Potatoes (Version imprimable)

Golden, herb-seasoned baby potatoes air fried to crispy perfection. Soft inside, crunchy outside, and ready super fast in just 20 minutes!

# Composition:

→ Base

01 - ½ teaspoon paprika
02 - ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary (or 3 teaspoons dried)
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
07 - 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, cleaned, dried, and sliced in half

# Étapes de réalisation:

01 - Add the potatoes to a bowl. Pour olive oil over them and toss with garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper until they're coated fully.
02 - Give the air fryer basket a light mist of oil.
03 - Set to 400°F and air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through. Check with a fork to see if they're done. If not, cook for 2-minute intervals until ready.
