10 - 1/2 cup tomato chunks (crushed)
11 - 1/2 cup rich cream
12 - 1/2 tablespoon dark sugar
13 - 4 soft burger buns
14 - A dash of hot sauce (1/2-1 teaspoon, optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up oil and butter in a pan. Add celery, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until it softens in about 7-8 minutes.
