# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (100g) mozzarella cheese, grated fresh
02 - 2 cups (200g) cheddar cheese, grated fresh

03 - 1 small onion, chopped finely
04 - 12 ounces (340g) pasta shells, medium size
05 - 2 cloves of garlic, minced finely
06 - 1 pound (450g) beef, ground

→ Flavorful Sauce

07 - 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, condensed
08 - 1/2 cup (120g) sour cream
09 - 1/2 cup (120ml) broth made from beef
10 - 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with juice

→ Seasoning Choices

11 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
12 - 1 teaspoon of Italian herb blend
13 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
14 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt
15 - Fresh parsley (2 tablespoons), chopped as garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease up that 9x13-inch baking dish lightly so nothing sticks.
02 - Boil your pasta shells in water with plenty of salt until they're just firm to the bite. Drain them and set aside securely.
03 - In a big pan on medium-high, cook up your ground beef along with the onions until the meat is fully browned and onions look soft. Toss in the garlic for the last minute and let its fragrance come through. Remove any extra oil from the pan.
04 - Mix together the diced tomatoes, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and the beef stock with the cooked meat. Sprinkle in the salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Let everything simmer gently to blend the flavors together.
05 - Take your boiled pasta and stir it into that tasty sauce until everything is coated evenly. Scoop this into your oiled dish and cover the top with both shredded cheeses.
06 - Pop it in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. You'll know it's ready when the cheese on top is bubbling and golden.
