# Ingredients:

→ Lobster filling must-haves

01 - 1 pound of cooked lobster meat, chopped into little chunks
02 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
03 - ½ teaspoon celery salt
04 - ½ cup mayonnaise
05 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

→ Getting the buns ready

06 - 4 top-split hot dog buns
07 - Enough butter to coat the buns

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, mayo, mustard, and celery salt. Give it a taste and adjust if you feel like it needs more seasoning.
02 - Carefully fold the lobster chunks into the dressing. Mix just enough so everything’s coated, but try not to squash the lobster.
03 - Spread butter on the insides of your buns. In a pan over medium heat, toast the buttered side down until golden and warm, about 2-3 minutes.
04 - Stuff each toasted bun with your lobster mixture. Enjoy them immediately while everything’s fresh and warm!
