                In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, mayo, mustard, and celery salt. Give it a taste and adjust if you feel like it needs more seasoning.

                Carefully fold the lobster chunks into the dressing. Mix just enough so everything’s coated, but try not to squash the lobster.
