Orange Rosemary Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 300ml water
02 - 300ml green tea, brewed according to the package directions
03 - 3 tablespoons honey

04 - 4 medium oranges (yields about 1 cup of juice)
05 - 1 medium-sized lemon
06 - A peeled ginger piece, about 2cm long
07 - 3 sprigs of rosemary

→ To Serve

08 - Ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the rosemary, ginger chunk, and water in a pot. Let it boil, then take it off the heat. Stir in honey until dissolved and leave it to sit while cooling. Once cooled, cover the mix and stick it in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours.
02 - Follow the instructions on the tea package to make green tea. Put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours until it's cold.
03 - Squeeze juice out of the lemon and oranges. Strain out the rosemary and ginger from the cooled infusion. Mix the infused water, chilled tea, and fresh juices together in a large container. Adjust sweetness with more honey if desired after tasting.
04 - Add some ice cubes to serving glasses and pour the prepared mix over the ice. Serve right away while nicely chilled.
