Cinnamon Rolls Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F)
02 - 1/2 cup butter, melted and unsalted
03 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
04 - 4 cups of plain all-purpose flour
05 - 2 teaspoons of active yeast
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 1 teaspoon of table salt
08 - 1/4 cup of plain sugar

→ Topping

09 - 1 tablespoon of melted butter for brushing
10 - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
11 - 1/4 cup of sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Pour the warm milk, sugar, and yeast into a big bowl. Set it aside for 5–10 minutes till it gets bubbly. Next, stir in the butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Slowly add in the flour a little at a time until the dough feels soft.
02 - Work the dough by hand on a lightly floured surface for about 8–10 minutes, until it feels smooth and stretchy. Put it in a greased bowl, cover it up, and let it sit somewhere warm for 1–2 hours so it rises and doubles its size.
03 - Flatten dough into a rectangle (around 1/4-inch thickness). Spread over it some melted butter, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mix evenly. Roll it up tightly into a log shape and cut it into 12 even pieces.
04 - Arrange the rolls in a buttered baking dish. Cover them up and leave them to rise again for about 30–45 minutes. Pop them into a preheated oven at 350°F and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden. Brush them with melted butter as soon as they come out.

# Notes:

01 - You can drizzle on some vanilla glaze or powdered sugar when serving.
02 - Store leftovers in a sealed container for a few days.
