Mediterranean Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken and Marinade

01 - 1 1/2 lbs (650g) boneless, skinless chicken breast
02 - 3 minced garlic cloves
03 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon chili flakes
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons dried mint

→ Creamy Yogurt Topping

06 - 1/2 cup plain yogurt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh)
08 - Dash of salt, pinch of pepper

→ Wrap Fillings

09 - 3-4 soft tortillas
10 - A cup of chopped cabbage
11 - Handful of everyday salad greens
12 - Cooked broccoli pieces
13 - A smear of your go-to hummus

# Instructions:

01 - Chop all the veggies and set them aside. Having everything prepped will make the final combo super quick!
02 - Combine the yogurt with dill, one minced garlic clove, some salt, and a bit of pepper. Stir until creamy—it’ll taste like tzatziki!
03 - Dice the chicken into chunks and cook in a hot non-stick pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. Add in chili flakes, the mint, black pepper, and two chopped garlic cloves. Keep stirring for about 8-10 minutes or until those pieces turn beautifully golden.
04 - Take a tortilla, pile on cabbage, a salad handful, some hummus, the cooked chicken, a few broccoli bites, and a spoonful of that yogurt sauce. Fold up tightly and enjoy right away while it’s warm!
