01 - 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
02 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

03 - 1 medium onion, sliced
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 0.5 head green cabbage, shredded
06 - 0.5 jalapeño pepper, finely diced
07 - 1 orange bell pepper, diced

08 - 120 millilitres chicken stock
09 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
11 - Pinch of salt and black pepper, to taste

# Étapes de réalisation:

01 - Thinly slice the chicken breasts. Slice the onion and orange bell pepper, mince the garlic, finely dice the jalapeño, and shred the green cabbage.
02 - In a large skillet or wok, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips, season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry until cooked through and lightly browned, 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add sliced onion and cook until softened, approximately 3 minutes. Add minced garlic and diced jalapeño, cooking for 1 minute. Add shredded cabbage and diced orange bell pepper to the pan.
04 - Pour in chicken stock, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Toss vegetables to coat evenly. Cook for 5-7 minutes until cabbage becomes tender-crisp.
05 - Return chicken to the skillet, mixing with vegetables and sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Taste and adjust seasoning if required.
