# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 2 ripe avocados, diced and pitted first
02 - Corn (½ cup—can be roasted, frozen, or canned)
03 - 2 medium chicken breasts, cooked and either shredded or chopped

→ Fresh Elements

04 - Cilantro, finely chopped (2 tablespoons)
05 - ¼ cup of green or red onion, finely diced

→ Dressing

06 - 2 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice that’s freshly squeezed
07 - Olive oil (2 tablespoons worth)
08 - Season with enough salt and pepper to suit your taste

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the cilantro, avocado chunks, chicken pieces, diced onion, and corn together in a big bowl.
02 - Pour olive oil over the mixture, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then add the lemon or lime juice.
03 - Lightly toss everything until it’s just combined, being careful so the avocado stays intact.

01 - Rotisserie chicken works great if you’re short on time.
02 - If you’re not into cilantro, parsley or dill can do the job.
