Cherry Grey Milk Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tea Base

01 - A cup of water
02 - 1 Earl Grey tea bag or 1 tsp loose-leaf tea

→ Mix-ins

03 - A splash of milk (1/2 cup, choose any kind)
04 - 4-5 fresh cherries, pitted and cut in half
05 - 1-2 tsp vanilla syrup

→ Optional Additions

06 - A cinnamon stick (add for extra flavor)
07 - Ice cubes for a chilled version

# Instructions:

01 - Heat cherries in 2 tbsp water for 3-5 mins, gently mash when softened
02 - Let Earl Grey steep in hot water for 3-5 mins, then remove or strain
03 - Heat up milk with the softened cherries and cinnamon stick (optional), keep stirring occasionally
04 - Mix the vanilla syrup into the milk and cherry blend, adjusting based on how sweet you like it
05 - Pour the tea into your cup, then strain in the milk-cherry mix, pressing the cherries to get all the juice. Stir to combine
06 - Drink right away if you want it hot, or cool it down with ice for a cold drink. Garnish with a cherry or cinnamon if you like
