Cheesy Spinach Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 ounces thawed frozen spinach, squeezed dry.
02 - 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, chopped after draining.
03 - 8 oz softened cream cheese.
04 - 1/4 cup of mayo.
05 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
06 - 1 minced garlic clove.
07 - Half a cup (56g) of mozzarella, shredded.
08 - 2/3 cup (76g) grated parmesan.
09 - Black pepper, as much as you like.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven to 350°F and coat a 1-quart dish with nonstick spray.
02 - Mix softened cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic, cheeses, and pepper in a bowl.
03 - Add spinach and artichokes to the mixture, stirring until it’s all blended.
04 - Spoon into your dish and bake for 20 minutes or so, until bubbly and melted.
05 - Serve while it’s nice and warm with crackers, chips, or some bread.

# Notes:

01 - Can be prepped 24 hours in advance.
02 - Make sure the veggies are fully drained.
03 - Reheats easily in small portions.
