Get your oven to 350°F and coat a 1-quart dish with nonstick spray.

Mix softened cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic, cheeses, and pepper in a bowl.

Add spinach and artichokes to the mixture, stirring until it’s all blended.

Spoon into your dish and bake for 20 minutes or so, until bubbly and melted.
