Cheesy Pepperoni Ring (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tablespoon flour for dusting
02 - 1 pound store-bought pizza dough

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb mix
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Filling & Serving

07 - ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
08 - 16 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
09 - 1 cup marinara sauce to dip
10 - 6 ounces of sliced pepperoni

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F to heat up. Roll out the dough to a rectangle about 12x20 inches on a surface sprinkled with flour.
02 - Spread the pepperoni, seasonings, and both kinds of cheeses across the surface evenly.
03 - Carefully roll the dough up from the long edge into a snug log. Put it in a greased bundt pan, pressing the ends together to make a circle.
04 - Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
05 - Turn it out onto a baking sheet and pop it back in the oven for another 5 minutes to crisp the top.
06 - Let it sit for about 5 minutes to cool slightly before slicing. Serve with marinara for dipping.
