Mozzarella Stuffed Onion Rings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Chilled mashed potatoes, 2 cups

→ Cheese

02 - Grated Parmesan cheese, about ½ cup
03 - Shredded cheddar or mozzarella, 1 cup total

→ Coating

04 - Breadcrumbs, 1 cup
05 - Beaten egg, 1
06 - Olive oil or spray for cooking

→ Seasonings

07 - Salt and black pepper as needed
08 - Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
09 - Half a teaspoon of onion powder

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the mashed potatoes, both cheeses, and seasoning mix.
02 - Roll the mixture into 1.5-inch rounds. If it sticks, chill for a little while.
03 - First dip each ball into the egg, then roll in breadcrumbs till evenly covered.
04 - Set to air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes. Shake the basket once halfway through and cook till it looks golden.

02 - Feel free to experiment with different cheeses
03 - To keep them warm, use a 200°F oven while cooking in batches
