Cheesy Meatloaf Mashed Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat mixture

01 - 1 large egg
02 - Milk, 1/2 cup
03 - Breadcrumbs, 1 cup
04 - Small onion, chopped finely
05 - Ground pork, 1/2 pound
06 - Ground beef, 1 pound

→ Seasonings

07 - Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
08 - Black pepper, 1 teaspoon
09 - Salt, 2 teaspoons
10 - Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon

→ Topping

11 - Green onions, chopped, 1/4 cup
12 - Cooked bacon, crumbled, 1/2 cup
13 - Shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup
14 - Mashed potatoes, 2 cups

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease up a 9x13 inch pan to avoid sticking.
02 - Use a big bowl to gently toss together the beef, pork, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Avoid mixing too much.
03 - Spread the meat mixture evenly across your greased dish to form the bottom layer.
04 - Layer the mashed potatoes evenly on top. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and green onions over it all.
05 - Let it bake for 35-40 minutes until the edges bubble and the cheese melts. Cool it down for 10 minutes before serving.
