Cheesy Broccoli Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, not salted.
02 - 1 1/2 cups of instant white rice.
03 - 1 medium onion (white), diced.
04 - 4 cups of fresh broccoli, chopped small.
05 - One can (10.5 oz) of creamy chicken soup.
06 - 8 oz Velveeta cheese, split in half.
07 - 1/2 cup regular milk.
08 - 1/3 cup crushed potato chips for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Follow package directions to cook the rice.
02 - In a skillet, melt butter. Sauté onion and broccoli until onion looks clear.
03 - Pour in soup, milk, and half the cheese. Mix until cheese is melted.
04 - Stir the cooked rice into the mix and spread it in a greased 8x8 pan.
05 - Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and chips over the top. Bake for about 30 minutes till it’s hot and bubbly.

01 - You can swap in frozen broccoli.
