Boursin Mac and Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup shredded white cheddar, freshly grated
02 - 1 pack (8oz) elbow macaroni or any similar pasta
03 - 1 block of Boursin cheese

→ Sauce

04 - 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
05 - 1/2 cup whole milk
06 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of table salt
08 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

→ Topping

09 - 2 tablespoons of melted butter
10 - 1 cup of plain breadcrumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare the pasta as written on the package. Once cooked, drain it completely and leave it aside.
02 - Warm up the butter until melted, then stir in the flour. Slowly pour in the cream, stirring constantly. Mix in the Boursin and shredded cheddar. If it's too thick, pour in a splash of milk to thin it.
03 - Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce. If you're into toppings, sprinkle breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter on top.

# Notes:

01 - Fresh cheese melts way better than pre-grated cheese.
