07 - 1 tablespoon of good-quality olive oil
08 - 1 pound of fresh, lean ground beef
09 - 1 teaspoon of freshly minced garlic
10 - 2 teaspoons of fragrant Italian herb mix
11 - 24 ounces of your go-to marinara sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat up to 350°F. While waiting, coat a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Use a big bowl to mix ricotta, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth. Then, toss in the frozen ravioli, making sure every piece gets coated well.
02 - Warm olive oil in a big skillet on medium-high. Toss in the ground beef, cooking until browned through. Get rid of extra oil, then add garlic, letting it release its aroma for 30 seconds. Sprinkle in the Italian herbs and season with salt, then stir in marinara sauce until blended.
03 - Place ravioli coated in cheese evenly into the pan. Pour the meat sauce on top and pile on mozzarella and parmesan. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Take the foil off and let it bake 10 more minutes until the cheese gets golden and bubbly.
