# Ingredients:

→ Main Protein

01 - Drained solid white tuna (3 cans, 5oz each)
02 - Cottage cheese (⅓-½ cup, depending on preference)

→ Veggies & Fresh Herbs

03 - 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
04 - 3 tablespoons red onion, minced
05 - 2 tablespoons of parsley, dill, or chives
06 - 1 garlic clove, minced or grated

→ Flavor Boosters

07 - Diced dill or sweet pickles (2-3 tablespoons)
08 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
09 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice (adjust to your liking)
10 - ¼ teaspoon salt, more if needed
11 - ½ teaspoon black pepper, or extra if you’d like
12 - Optional: Hot sauce, to your taste

# Instructions:

01 - Use a blender for smooth cottage cheese, or keep it chunky if that’s your style
02 - In a medium bowl, stir together the tuna, cottage cheese, veggies, herbs, and all seasonings
03 - Spoon it into a sandwich, pair with crackers, wrap in lettuce, or eat however you'd like
