Chicken Caesar Croissant (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Mixture

01 - Shredded or chopped cooked chicken (use rotisserie if possible), 2 cups
02 - 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
03 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, plus extra to sprinkle on top
04 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, if you like
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Crunchy Additions

07 - 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes (optional)
08 - Chopped romaine lettuce, 1/2 cup

→ Sandwich Base

09 - 4 fresh croissants
10 - Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, toss together the chicken, dressing, Parmesan, garlic powder, mustard, and pepper. Mash it up until the dressing fully coats the chicken.
02 - Slice your croissants open and lay a handful of romaine on each bottom half.
03 - Pile the chicken Caesar filling on top of the lettuce layer. If you'd like, scatter sliced tomatoes and sprinkle more Parmesan. Top it with the other croissant half.
