Beef Cabbage Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground beef, 80% lean
02 - 1 lime, zest and juice
03 - 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
04 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped up fine
05 - 3 cups red cabbage, finely shredded
06 - 8 tortillas (corn or flour works)
07 - Avocado slices for topping
08 - Sour cream for a creamy topping
09 - Pickled jalapeno slices as a garnish
10 - Pinch of salt to taste
11 - Extra lime wedges for squeezing

# Instructions:

01 - Toss together the beef, garlic, chili flakes, lime zest, lime juice, and a bit of salt in a large bowl.
02 - Turn your skillet to high heat, cook the seasoned beef, stirring occasionally, until all browned, about 7 minutes.
03 - Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet, sprinkle in some salt, and cook until it gets softer, 2-4 minutes.
04 - Quickly toast the tortillas in a hot pan to warm them up lightly.
05 - Put the beef and cabbage mix into each tortilla and top with avocado, jalapenos, and a dollop of sour cream.

# Notes:

01 - Both flour and corn tortillas work well.
02 - Takes no more than 20 minutes.
03 - Swap in your favorite toppings if you like.
