Butter Cup Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Stuff

01 - A quarter teaspoon of salt
02 - One half teaspoon baking soda
03 - One and three-quarters cups plain flour

→ Wet Stuff

04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
06 - 2 tablespoons milk
07 - Half a cup of white sugar
08 - Half a cup of light brown sugar, packed tight
09 - Softened butter, 1/2 cup
10 - Peanut butter, smooth, 1/2 cup

→ Topper

11 - 24 mini peanut butter cups (unwrap them)

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven going at 350°F. Grab a mini muffin tray and prep it.
02 - Blend sugars, butter, and peanut butter smooth. Toss in the egg, vanilla, and milk, then mix in your dry stuff.
03 - Dump dough into muffin slots. Let it bake 10-12 mins or until edges turn golden.
04 - When warm, press candy into tops. Let them cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
