Wrapped Cranberry Brie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One egg yolk, large.
02 - 1 cup cranberry sauce with whole berries.
03 - Half a cup of chopped pecans.
04 - An 8-ounce brie wheel.
05 - 1 sheet of puff pastry, defrosted.
06 - One tablespoon of water.

# Instructions:

01 - Let the puff pastry thaw as per the packaging directions and set the oven to 400°F to warm up.
02 - Set the brie in the middle of the pastry and layer it with pecans and cranberry sauce on top.
03 - If you want, make small leaf shapes from the extra pastry edges, then fold the corners over the brie and pinch to seal. Add your leaf cutouts for decoration.
04 - Mix water with the egg yolk and brush it over the pastry to give it a shiny golden look.
05 - Place on a baking sheet with parchment, then bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
