Quick Fried Bologna (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon mustard
02 - 1 slice American cheese
03 - 1-2 slices of bologna, depending on what you like
04 - 1/8 teaspoon oil for frying
05 - 1-2 slices of plain white bread

# Instructions:

01 - Pull out all your ingredients and have them on hand so you’re set.
02 - Pour the oil into a frying pan, then heat it over medium-high.
03 - Cut a little notch from the center to the edge of the bologna to stop it from curling during cooking.
04 - Drop the bologna into the hot pan and cook both sides until browned.
05 - As the other side of the bologna gets browned, set the cheese slice on top to let it melt.
06 - Take the bread and smear an even layer of mustard on both pieces.
07 - Sandwich the cheesy bologna between the mustardy bread slices, and you’re good to dig in!
