                Pull out all your ingredients and have them on hand so you’re set.

                Pour the oil into a frying pan, then heat it over medium-high.

                Cut a little notch from the center to the edge of the bologna to stop it from curling during cooking.

                Drop the bologna into the hot pan and cook both sides until browned.

                As the other side of the bologna gets browned, set the cheese slice on top to let it melt.

                Take the bread and smear an even layer of mustard on both pieces.

                Sandwich the cheesy bologna between the mustardy bread slices, and you’re good to dig in!
