Cheesy Beef Pocket Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened up
02 - ½ cup your favorite salsa
03 - 1 flavorful packet taco seasoning
04 - 1 pound ground beef
05 - 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded fresh

→ Assembly

06 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted smooth
07 - 12 tortillas (6-inch size)

# Instructions:

01 - Crumble beef in a pan, cook through, drain extra grease. Stir in taco seasoning.
02 - Whisk cream cheese till fluffy, mix in salsa completely.
03 - Spread cream cheese mix, beef, and cheese on tortillas. Fold tight into pockets.
04 - Coat with melted butter, bake at 350°F for 15 minutes until crispy and golden.
