Baked Spinach Mushroom (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Veggies

01 - 1 cup sliced mushrooms
02 - 2 cups chopped fresh spinach

→ Main Base

03 - 1 cup cheese, shredded
04 - 4 large tortillas (flour)

→ Flavor Boosters

05 - 1/2 teaspoon each of garlic and onion powders
06 - A pinch of salt and pepper
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - 1/4 teaspoon (optional) dried thyme
09 - Olive oil or cooking spray (for brushing)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook mushrooms for 5 minutes, toss in spinach until it's soft. Sprinkle with spices.
02 - Spread veggies and cheese on one side of the tortilla. Fold it in half.
03 - Coat lightly with oil and bake at 400°F for about 10-12 minutes until edges are crispy.

01 - Any cheese you like works fine here!
02 - Pair with sour cream or salsa.
