Cheesy Crab Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz of softened cream cheese.
02 - 2 tbsp of mayo.
03 - 1/4 cup of sour cream.
04 - 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar.
05 - 1/2 tsp of hot sauce, if you'd like.
06 - A teaspoon of Old Bay.
07 - 2 tbsp of chopped-up chives.
08 - Juice from 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon.
09 - 8 oz of drained, dried lump crab.

# Instructions:

01 - Get the oven ready by setting it to 350°F (177°C).
02 - Mix together the cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, Old Bay, and lemon juice until smooth.
03 - Add the cheddar cheese, chives, and hot sauce (if used), then tweak the seasonings.
04 - Carefully mix in the crab meat, leaving some lumps unbroken.
05 - Scoop it into a baking dish and let it bake for 20 minutes until warmed through.
